After reading all about Jillian's 30 day shred, I bought it. It is a pretty good workout, especially if you haven't worked out much in the past. It wasn't super hard, but I stayed at level one for two weeks, then moved up to level two. I am now on level three, and it is definitely harder than the other two. The one beef I have with it is that you do too much shoulder work. I for one am not a big fan of shoulder work, probably because it is hard for me. But I also think, because of wise advice from my friend Allison, that you work your shoulders a lot when you are doing other arm exercises. But, I advise giving it a try and it is on sale at Target right now for $13!!
