When I Grow Up...

This is a tag from Tessie that I decided to do since I haven't blogged in a while!

1. What did you want to be when you grew up? How close/far is it from what you do now? I wanted to be an orthopedic surgeon. Not really sure exactly why this was my profession of choice, but I think it had something to do with how many times I broke my ankle and my dad is a doctor. Thankfully, blood and body stuff started making me queasy once I went through puberty, so no exorbitant pay checks for me! Now, I am a CPA, again, not sure why I chose this. I just walked into the advisors office my freshman year and told her I wanted to major in accounting. Turns out it fits my personality pretty well!

2. Where you popular or a nerd growing up? I was somewhere in between. I wasn't a cheerleader, which means I didn't run with the most popular girls! But, I was on dance team and dated football players, so I wasn't in the nerdy group either.

3. Childbirth? Empowering miracle, or gross experience with an awesome going away present? Well, my experience was relatively painless, SD was breech (little booger turned in the middle of the night after the enduced me), so I had to have a C-section. I was terrified of having a C-Section, but it really was not bad at all!! I was out walking around the neighborhood with my new baby within a week! I was much happier once they gave me my epidural, because her flipping was pretty much a nightmare! I would definitely do it again though.

4. What are your biggest vices/weaknesses? My biggest, biggest, biggest is sweets! I love them, all kinds, except chocolate! The worst part about this is that I have no self-control when it comes to sweets, so it is best if I just avoid them all together!
