Work for it

Did your dad or some other adult in your life tell you that you will appreciate it more if you work for it? That is how I am feeling about weight loss right now. I would love to instantly have a great body, hard abs, etc. But I know that if I work for it, which I am, I will appreciate it much more than if I just woke up one day and it was fixed. That is my motivation to keep going. Even when I plateau or when I make bad choices, it is okay. I just need to keep at it. I will eventually be there and my discipline will be stronger than it was before!
