What does that mean to you? The kids and I went to a friends house this weekend to stay Friday night. Her sister is also staying with her right now and she told her sister not to worry, I wasn't the type of guest that you have have to dress up for. As weird as it sounds, I took that as a total compliment. To me it meant that they were not trying to impress me, win my friendship. To me it meant that they thought of me more as family than a friend. It also is more of who I want to be. I want people to know that I am not judging them on how they look or how their house looks. I want people to know that I see them for who they are and not what they are trying to be!
