Healthy Lunch

I have been talking with my friend and personal trainer and she suggested that I add more protein to my diet.  My friend at work has also said the same thing.  Right now I am at a pretty stagnant place in my weight/body and it is frustrating to say the least.  This lunch was the idea of my friend at work...but I spiced it up a little!  Orange bell pepper, spicy hummus, turkey and pepper jack cheese, with a side of pear.  It was so delicious and looked amazing, so I took a pic!  Making you hungry?
